Engineer - Structural; Site Supervision

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer for a site supervision role in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our engineering team you will oversee structural aspects of construction projects ensuring quality safety and compliance with local regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate structural engineering activities on construction sites throughout Dubai
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans quality standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and team members fostering a collaborative and professional work environment
• Review and approve structural designs calculations and drawings for compliance with local building codes and project specifications
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures for all structural elements
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for project stakeholders
• Coordinate with the design team to address on-site challenges and propose innovative solutions
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients
• Ensure all structural work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering;
  Masters degree preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering and site supervision preferably in the construction industry
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects in Dubai or similar environments
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes regulations and industry standards
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional technical report writing and communication abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of building materials methods and quality control processes
