Job DescriptionBlack & Grey HR is hiring a QS Costing – MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to handle MEP quantity surveying, costing, estimation, and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents related to MEP systems
- Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control activities
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for costing and estimation requirements
- Evaluate quotations, material costs, and subcontractor pricing to ensure cost efficiency
- Prepare project reports, payment certifications, and cost analysis documentation
- Ensure all costing activities comply with project standards and contractual requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E /
B.Tech) is mandatory - 6–10 years of experience in QS Costing – MEP within the construction industry
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying, costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
