Black & Grey HR is hiring a QS Costing – MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to handle MEP quantity surveying, costing, estimation, and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents related to MEP systems
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control activities
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for costing and estimation requirements
• Evaluate quotations, material costs, and subcontractor pricing to ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare project reports, payment certifications, and cost analysis documentation
• Ensure all costing activities comply with project standards and contractual requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E /
  
  B.Tech) is mandatory
• 6–10 years of experience in QS Costing – MEP within the construction industry
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying, costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
