Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a motivated Jr. Planner – Civil for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
• Support project planning and coordination activities for high-rise building projects.
• Monitor project progress and assist in identifying delays and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding planning activities.
• Review project drawings, construction schedules, and technical documents.
• Assist in resource planning, productivity tracking, and project reporting.
• Prepare planning records, reports, and project documentation.
• Support the preparation of look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and company standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree / B.E /
  
  B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera is required.
• Basic understanding of project planning and scheduling processes.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
