Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in accordance with project quality plans.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and material submittals.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify quality standards across civil, architectural, and MEP works.
- Identify issues and track Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records, reports and documentation for audits and project handover.
- Support testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems meet required standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- 7–12+ years of QA/QC experience in large‑scale infrastructure or airport projects in the UAE/Middle East (including 3 years in airport settings).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and audit processes.
- Familiarity with international standards (ISO, IEC, NFPA, BS) and UAE regulations.
