We are looking for UAE National Engineering Graduates to join FAMCO in a full‑time role designed to develop future technical and business talent. This role provides hands‑on exposure across engineering operations, aftersales, and data analysis, allowing you to learn how technical expertise and data‑driven insights support real business decisions. From day one you will work closely with experienced engineering and operational teams while gaining visibility across multiple FAMCO business units.
At FAMCO this role builds a strong foundation in both engineering and data, opening long‑term career opportunities across the business and the wider Al‑Futtaim Group.
- Support day‑to‑day engineering and workshop operations
- Gain exposure to aftersales, service, and technical support functions
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational activities
- Work with data to track and analyse performance metrics such as equipment uptime and service turnaround time
- Use tools such as Excel
- Assist teams in identifying improvement opportunities using data
- Gain exposure across different FAMCO business units as part of your development
- Strong interest in engineering and how it supports business operations
- Basic data literacy with the ability to work with numbers and performance metrics
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a hands‑on environment
