Responsibilities
- Preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents for projects
- Monitoring project costs and changes during execution
- Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Calculating project waste of material base for slab size and shop drawings approved
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating a proven track record in successful project cost estimation and management
- Experience in large-scale construction projects, indicating ability to handle complex cost scenarios and deliver effective solutions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software
