Job Title
Technical Manager — Infrastructure & Utilities
LocationDubai, UAE
Experience Required10‑15 Years
Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage all technical and engineering aspects of infrastructure and utilities projects.
- Act as the main point of contact between design teams, site teams, consultants and project management.
- Review and ensure all drawings, specifications, and technical documents are aligned with project requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and site teams to resolve design and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, particularly RTA requirements.
- Identify technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and technical records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in progress meetings and support overall project performance and delivery.
10–15 years in the construction field, with at least 5 years in a Technical Manager role.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Background:Strong experience in infrastructure and utilities projects (roads, drainage, networks, etc.).
AuthorityExperience:
RTA experience is highly preferred.
