BackgroundThe aircraft warning light on the building is currently non‑functional. In addition, the facade lighting at the front and rear of the building has also been found to be not working. Both systems are critical to the building's compliance with DMCC snag requirements and must be restored to full operation without delay. A qualified electrical maintenance team along with a specialized contractor for the aircraft warning light system is required to carry out inspection, rectification, and commissioning works.
Scopeof Work
The work covers full inspection, rectification, and commissioning of the aircraft warning light system and the building facade lighting. The following activities are included:
- Mobilization of a qualified electrical maintenance team for site inspection and rectification works
- Engagement of a specialized contractor to assess and repair the aircraft warning light system and its associated electrical connections
- Inspection of front and rear building facade lighting to identify and rectify all faults
- Replacement of all faulty components with approved and compliant materials
- Testing and commissioning of all systems upon completion to confirm proper functionality
- Documentation of all corrective actions carried out for DMCC snag closure and future maintenance reference
- Restore the aircraft warning light to full and compliant operation as required by DMCC regulations
- Reinstate front and rear facade lighting across the building
- Ensure all works meet the applicable compliance standards for DMCC snag closure
