We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer with UAE Municipality G12 or Unlimited Certification and proven experience in high‑rise building projects to support and manage construction activities for multi‑storey developments in Dubai.

The role involves close coordination with site teams, subcontractors and planning functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in compliance with UAE construction standards.

• Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules, track site activities and report delays, risks and corrective actions.
• Support planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Support site engineers and project managers in meeting construction milestones.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Assist in resolving site‑related issues and conflicts.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and progress updates.
• Support management reporting using dashboards and analytical tools;
  Power BI is a plus.
• Maintain accurate records for approvals, inspections and site activities.
• Assist in manpower, material and equipment planning and coordinate resource allocation to avoid delays or site inefficiencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• G12 or Unlimited Municipality Certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in high‑rise building projects, G12 and above preferred.
• Knowledge of construction planning and progress monitoring.
• Primavera P6 knowledge preferred.
• Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good planning, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site priorities.
• Valid UAE Driving License with own car.
