Responsibilities
- Promote a positive workplace quality culture
- Assess subcontractor and suppliers ability to comply with the project quality requirements
- Conduct visual inspections and progressively monitor installation of the works
- Monitor, resolve and prevent significant quality issues and share lessons learnt
- Conduct consultation and communication on quality matters where required
- Report and distribute non-conformances and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Review effectiveness of corrective actions
- Implement final defects management system and agree coordinate inspections
- Attend collaborative post project review meeting to assess performance identify and document lessons learnt
- Develop a construction methodology with due regard for the integrity of the project
- Assign responsibilities and authority for the planning, coordination and control of activities affecting the performance of project activities
- Control and rectify where applicable non-conforming products
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Min. 7 Years in UAE
