Electrical Draughtsman and Mechanical Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout drawings for high-rise building projects.
• Develop drawings for power distribution systems, lighting systems, low voltage systems, grounding, and cable routing.
• Review design drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, site teams, and consultants for drawing approvals.
• Update drawings based on site modifications and engineering instructions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, local authority regulations, and construction requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing control records.
• Assist engineering team in preparing material submittals and technical documents.
• Perform redrafting and detailing of electrical systems as per site progress.
• Support site execution teams by providing accurate and updated drawings.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an electrical draftsman in high-rise building construction projects.
• Diploma or certification in electrical drafting, engineering drafting, or a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and low voltage systems.
• Experience in residential or commercial tower projects is preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical design drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
