Role

Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with a minimum of 5 years of experience to develop high‑quality 3D structural BIM models and prepare structural drawings based on design inputs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project standards, coordinate effectively with internal and external teams, and deliver accurate and clash‑free models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update 3D structural BIM models and detailed shop and as‑built drawings in accordance with project requirements and standards.

Prepare parametric Revit families and ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to maintain consistency across design trades.

Conduct clash detection, resolve modeling issues, and ensure the delivery of clash‑free models.

Extract material quantities from BIM models.

Perform self‑review of BIM models and drawings to maintain accuracy before quality checks and submissions.

Archive and track drawings, markups, and model revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to company standards for CAD, Micro Station, and BIM processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling and drawing preparation.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
Strong understanding of structural design concepts and drawing preparation.
Experience with clash detection and resolution using BIM software.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
