Graduate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret findings from offshore inspection and survey campaigns, transforming raw data into clear and meaningful integrity insights for clients.
• Review inspection outputs to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging integrity risks across assets.
• Act as a link between the deliverables team and client stakeholders, ensuring technical findings are communicated accurately and effectively.
• Support the development and expansion of Fugro’s asset integrity capabilities within the region.
• Contribute to the implementation of Fugro’s digital service offerings by helping transition traditional reporting workflows into data‑driven, digitized platforms.
• Build trusted technical relationships with NOC clients across the GCC by providing consistent, value‑adding interpretation and support.

• Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Structural, Mechanical, Civil, or Petrochemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in an engineering‑related role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with AutoCAD or any 3D modelling software is a strong advantage.
