Role
Summary:
Graduate Engineer focuses on supporting engineering teams with technical tasks, data analysis, and project coordination while building strong foundational expertise in engineering design and project delivery.
- Assist in performing assigned engineering tasks under supervision.
- Gather and analyze engineering data using established methods.
- Support routine calculations and basic engineering evaluations.
- Identify inconsistencies in data and report findings to senior engineers.
- Propose practical approaches to resolve engineering challenges.
- Contribute to project deliverables within budget and schedule requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project activities.
- Provide basic guidance to junior or entry-level team members when required.
- Use engineering software tools for drafting, modeling, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
- UAE National with valid family book as per Emiratisation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, internships, or academic project exposure.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and industry practices.
- Ability to analyze data and apply structured problem solving approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit.
- Ability to work under supervision while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
