Aluminum Site Engineer

We are looking for a strong qualified Site Engineer to join our team and oversee aluminum work projects on‑site.

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site activities for aluminum and glazing works
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation
• Resolve site issues and coordinate technical solutions with the factory and design team
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status
• Ensure proper material handling, site logistics, and manpower allocation

• Strong Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in aluminum façade or glazing works
• A valid UAE driving license
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, site execution, and installation details
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure

• Familiarity with UAE site standards and consultant requirements
• Strong problem‑solving and reporting skills
