Facility Coordinator - Engineering

We are seeking a dedicated strong Facility Coordinator Engineering strong to support daily Hard Services operations within a Facilities Management environment. The role involves coordination of maintenance activities, monitoring of engineering services, and ensuring smooth site operations in line with FM standards and client expectations.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day Hard Services maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Act as point of contact between engineering teams, vendors, and site management.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance works are executed as per schedule.
• Monitor work orders, service requests and follow up on timely closures.
• Assist engineers and supervisors in site coordination and operational support.
• Conduct routine site inspections and report issues or non‑compliance.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, statutory regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain records for maintenance activities, service reports and asset documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planned and reactive works.
• Support client requirements and assist in handling engineering‑related queries.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, specifically in Hard Services.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and FM operations.
• Knowledge of CAFM/MAXIMO Systems.
• Prior UAE FM experience is mandatory.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a site‑based and fast‑paced environment.
