Design and analyze mechanical systems and components ensuring they meet precise specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct simulations and modeling using CAD software to predict system performance and optimize designs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and product managers, to integrate mechanical designs into holistic systems.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of mechanical components, iterating designs based on empirical data and user feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification in relevant engineering disciplines is highly desirable.
- Experience with advanced CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) is essential.
- Have Building Experience.
