Qualifications
- Extensive background in QAQC engineering with a focus on utilities infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of QAQC processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Leadership Skills – Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Relevant industry certifications and qualifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC Engineer role.
- 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries.
- Proven experience in the UAE and Dubai Municipality projects.
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field with strong technical foundation.
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
Technical Tools- Proficient in QA/QC tools and software such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
