Responsibilities
- Procure civil construction finishes, equipment, and systems from local and international sources/vendors.
- Identify cost‑effective sourcing options while meeting the company’s quality standards and SOPs.
- Monitor market trends, alternative materials, and innovations in construction and interiors.
- Manage vendor evaluation database and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with project engineering and design teams for material requirements and timelines.
- Analyze procurement data, control budgets, track expenses, and implement cost‑saving measures.
- Prepare MIS reports and manage multiple projects independently.
- Support sustainable sourcing practices.
- Strong procurement experience in civil and finishes products – mandatory.
- Experience:
6–8 years. - BE / BTech – Civil Engineering.
- Skills:
Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, SAP/SAP Ariba, Cost Control, MIS Reporting.
