Responsibilities
- Review the design and execution of MEP systems for buildings and infrastructure projects implemented by the wider consultant team.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors and engineering teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Conduct site inspections, propose defect corrections, ensure QA, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and drawings.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Hands‑on experience in MEP design & execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
