Responsibilities
- Coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on construction projects.
- Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure work is aligned with project schedules.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure clash‑free coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural works.
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP works within budget and schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.
- Must have worked with a main contractor.
- Must have completed at least 3 projects as an MEP Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequencing.
- Familiar with UAE codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
