As a Shift Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems during your shift ensuring all resort facilities meet the highest standards of safety and performance. • Monitor, operate and maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the resort.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues promptly to minimize disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance according to resort standards.
• Report and document maintenance activities, incidents and technical observations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations.

• Previous experience as an Engineer or Shift Engineer in luxury hotels, resorts or similar facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional, reliable and safety‑conscious attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
