Mechanical Bim Modeler

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate BIM model disciplines ensuring compliance with company standards and ISO 19650.
• Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure models adhere to BIM standards and project requirements.
• Support clash detection activities using Navisworks or similar tools to identify and resolve model conflicts.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs (QTO) when required.
• Maintain proper version control, file management, and model documentation.
• Generate drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models as required.
• Update models based on design changes and coordination feedback.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2‑5 years of experience in the construction industry (high‑rise building, villas, and schools).
• 5‑10 years of experience as a Draughtsman or Revit Operator.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and basic Navisworks.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD levels, and modeling practices.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
