We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our global design engineering team, supporting the delivery of complex data centre projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, coordination, and consistency of BIM outputs across multiple regions. You will collaborate with engineering, project management, and commercial teams to develop coordinated design solutions, helping drive innovation and project efficiency at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models and CAD drawings for data centre projects.
- Perform clash detection analysis and produce detailed clash reports to support resolution.
- Produce detailed product drawings, submittals, and supporting technical documentation.
- Support the implementation of BIM standards, processes, and best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and strategic accounts teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new products and engineering solutions.
- Ensure all BIM outputs align with global quality standards and project requirements.
- Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and risks to the Lead Product Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BIM coordination or structural engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (essential).
- Proven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Experience creating custom Revit families (preferred).
- Exposure to critical infrastructure sectors such as data centres, power, or industrial environments (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (essential for global collaboration).
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
