Senior Discipline Engineer - SP3D

Archived project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre‑commissioning, commissioning/start‑up of Hydrocarbon & non‑Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the 3D modeling discipline using Smart Plant 3D (SP3D) for EPC projects.
- Develop and review 3D models for piping, equipment, HVAC, structural, and civil disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and clash‑free models.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to SP3D designers and junior modelers.
- Generate accurate isometric drawings, material take‑offs (MTOs), and reports from the 3D model.
- Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash‑free and compliant designs.
- Implement revisions and updates in the 3D model based on engineering inputs and project changes.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, client specifications, and international codes.
- Maintain model integrity throughout all design phases.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Piping, or relevant discipline) or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience in 3D modeling for Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
- Strong proficiency in Smart Plant 3D (SP3D) and related engineering tools.
- ADNOC or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
