PositionSummary
We are looking for a talented IEC Panel Partner Operations Engineer as part of our ambitious growth expectations of our low voltage assemblies business in high‑growth sectors like C&I, data centers, and heavy industry by expanding our panel builder program with experienced partners.
The IEC Panel Partner Operations Engineer will support the Middle East and Africa, executing local audits and providing technical application support for Eatons xEnergy LV switch gear and components. This role manages front‑end system quality claims, serves as a low‑voltage expert for customers, panel builders, and sales teams, and supports standardization of assembly and manufacturing processes at partner sites.
What You’ll Do- Execute annual audits using engineering skillset and perform technical review and validation.
- Provide LV technical engineering application systems guidance.
- Conduct panel builder visits to check quality, assembling standards, user documentation and tools.
- Ensure technical compliance requirements for panel design verification and routine testing.
- Develop and standardize engineering documentation, technical guidance, and best practices.
- Organize and track adaptations and technical engineering improvements, if necessary.
- Train and guide partners on standard and quality processes.
- On site evaluate and conduct root cause analysis, and carry out replacement scenario with all involved parties.
- Support manufacturing drawings implementation for external partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of product line or technical assembly experience.
- Knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders within and outside Eaton.
- Fluent speaking and writing in English.
- Intercultural awareness.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, accepts ownership for results, takes initiative.
