Responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to establish project requirements and specifications for fire-rated steel doors.
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with fire-rated steel door codes and regulations.
- Prepared and submitted client project proposals, including detailed cost estimates and timelines.
- Oversee the installation of fire-rated steel doors, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to procure materials and components for fire-rated steel doors.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for project specifications, approvals, and inspections.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and clients regarding designing and installing fire-rated steel doors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience with fire-rated steel doors and a solid understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
- Physical capability to perform site visits and inspections.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and project management software.
