Senior Engineer - Process

• Review and verify process design calculations for sewage treatment plants (STP), pumping stations, and irrigation systems
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Evaluate hydraulic profiles, flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
• Assess treatment processes (primary, secondary, tertiary) and recommend improvements
• Review contractor’s technical submittals related to process equipment and systems
• Verify design reports, method statements, and material submittals
• Coordinate with DM for approvals, comments, and design clarifications
• Review and respond to RFIs related to process engineering
• valuate and inspect installation of process equipment such as:
  Pumps, blowers, filters, clarifiers Chemical dosing systems Odor control systems
• Ensure equipment meets project specifications and performance criteria
• Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)
• Monitor installation of process systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams for interface issues
• Conduct site inspections and issue observations/NCRs where required
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
• participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Monitor trial runs and process optimization
• Ensure proper calibration of instruments and control systems
• nsure all works comply with project specifications, DM standards, and international codes
• Support QA/QC processes and documentation
• Review O&M manuals and as-built documentation
