We seek a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to lead our Fire Fighting Systems business development efforts. In this role, you’ll link our innovative fire safety solutions and the clients who need them most. You’ll identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships, and offer expert technical support on products including fire alarm systems

This is an exciting opportunity for a Fire Fighting System Sales Engineer who thrives in a client-facing, solution-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development- Drive sales of fire protection systems by identifying new business opportunities and clients.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders: contractors, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
- Deliver presentations, system overviews, and pre-sales consultations to prospective customers.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored fire protection engineering solutions.
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge on fire alarm systems
, suppression systems
, sprinklers
, and fire extinguishers
. - Ensure proposals align with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, EN, and local fire safety regulations).
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of installations.
- Offer post-sales technical support to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging fire safety technologies.
- Prepare and present regular reports, including sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
, Electrical Engineering
, Fire Safety Engineering
, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of proven success in technical sales,
fire protection system sales
, or as a Pre-Sales Engineer in the fire safety industry.
Technical
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of fire suppression systems
, sprinkler systems
, fire alarms
, and regulatory compliance. - Familiarity with NFPA
, EN
, and local fire codes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving under pressure.
Tools:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting.
