Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Managers. Allocate technicians and engineers based on skills and availability. Maintain manpower deployment schedules. Monitor technician utilization across projects. Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, permits, gate passes and site access. Track attendance, leave, overtime and timesheets. Support recruitment and onboarding activities. Maintain employee skill matrix and certifications. Coordinate accommodation, transportation and other workforce logistics. Generate weekly manpower planning and utilization reports.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BMS related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and/or BMS
- Good knowledge of MEP & BMS works
- Ability to manage manpower
- UAE experience is must
- Valid UAE Driving License is required
