Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, define project logic, sequencing, critical path, integrate multi‑disciplinary activities, survey, geotechnical, marine operations, and reporting.
• Schedule Control & Monitoring – Track progress against baseline, identify deviations, perform critical path and float analysis, update schedules, produce lookaheads and forecasts, monitor milestones, deliverables, and planning packages, support extensions of time (EOT) and delay claims.
• Commercial & Contractual Support – Align schedules with contract milestones, support project teams with progress measurement, invoice milestones, change order and variation analysis, ensure schedule supports cash flow and resource planning.
• Tender Support – Develop tender schedules and execution strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 6 years of experience in project planning, preferably within offshore, marine, or energy sector projects.
• Proven experience working with complex multi‑disciplinary project schedules.
• Prior exposure to vessel‑based operations and offshore execution planning is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Understanding of offshore operations and marine logistics.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
• Knowledge of contractual and commercial frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
