Key Accountability Areas Project Launch and Initial Preparation
- Attend project launch meetings as required and review project scope and requirements
- Prepare job files in accordance with standard departmental procedures
- Review and analyze contractual and technical documents received during project initiation
- Coordinate with the Design Section Manager to align on project schedules and deliverables
- Develop electrical drawings using approved design software in line with project specifications
- Apply standard drawing formats, symbols, and engineering practices during design preparation
- Guide CAD operators, when assigned, in developing layouts, one‑line diagrams, civil drawings, and schematics
- Review and verify AutoCAD drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design requirements
- Prepare and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) for long‑lead items within defined timelines after IPO release in SAP
- Release remaining material requirements in accordance with agreed timelines
- Utilize available stock materials where technically feasible to support inventory optimization
- Align production releases with monthly production plans and priorities
- Ensure consistency between BOMs in SAP and production drawings
- Release production drawings in line with approved schedules
- Provide updated drawings to the Mechanical team to support MMR issuance as per plan
- Provide technical support to production and quality teams to address design‑related queries
- Support issue resolution by reviewing and clarifying design requirements during production and inspection stages
- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
- Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
- Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
