Kinetics Group is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Engineer to support the sales and growth of HVAC products and engineered solutions across assigned client accounts. This role is ideal for a mechanically qualified sales professional with hands‑on knowledge of HVAC systems and a strong ability to understand client requirements, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and build long‑term customer relationships.
As an HVAC Sales Engineer at Kinetics Group, you will work closely with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders across the UAE and regional markets. The position offers strong exposure to technical sales, site coordination, proposal development, and post‑sales support within a professional engineering environment focused on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of HVAC products and solutions across assigned accounts and project opportunities.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC systems and product solutions.
- Prepare and present professional technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and provide technical guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical and post‑sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, client updates, and CRM entries.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to support project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of mandatory experience in HVAC sales.
- Proven understanding of HVAC products, systems, and project sales processes.
- Strong knowledge of FAHU, AHU, CHW, DX, VRF, fans, and air curtain units.
- Ability to read and understand technical requirements, specifications, and project documents.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial sales proposals.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and well organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with HVAC consultants, MEP contractors, or facility owners.
- Exposure to UAE or GCC HVAC project sales.
- Familiarity with engineered HVAC solutions and technical product selection.
