Kinetics Group is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support business development and technical sales activities across the UAE. This role is ideal for an early-career sales engineering professional who is eager to build strong client relationships, understand project requirements, and promote HVAC, MEP, acoustic, vibration isolation, and engineering solutions.
As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will work with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams to prepare quotations, deliver product presentations, attend meetings, and support sales targets. This position offers excellent exposure to UAE project sales and a strong opportunity to grow within a professional engineering-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales activities to achieve assigned targets and business objectives.
- Manage customer relationships and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, technical presentations, and client proposals.
- Attend client meetings and support project discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support for customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and communication updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- 0–1 year of UAE sales engineering experience.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems preferred.
- Strong technical sales ability and product understanding.
- Ability to prepare quotations, reports, and technical presentations.
- Basic understanding of project sales, client coordination, and engineering solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and relationship-driven.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
- Previous exposure to HVAC, MEP, construction, or engineering sales in the UAE.
- Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, or facility management clients.
