Overview of the roleThis high‑impact regional leadership opportunity leads the growth of an integrated power solutions business across multiple markets. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Power Products will shape strategy, unlock new revenue streams, and position the business as a leading provider of generators, solar, hybrid energy systems, and battery energy storage solutions. The role combines market expansion, strategic partnerships, major project origination, and full ownership of regional performance.
Whatyou will do
- Lead the regional growth agenda for the power division, driving expansion across generators, solar PV, hybrid systems, microgrids, and energy storage.
- Identify new market opportunities, secure anchor projects, build regional commercial networks, and lead high‑value negotiations with EPC contractors, developers, utilities, investors, and government stakeholders.
- Oversee the commercialization of integrated energy solutions, owning regional revenue and profitability, and build a high‑performance team across sales, engineering, and project development.
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across conventional and renewable power solutions.
- Expand into new countries and high‑potential markets with scalable commercial models.
- Originate and close large EPC, infrastructure, and long‑term service agreements.
- Lead the delivery and commercialization of integrated diesel, gas, solar, hybrid, BESS, and off‑grid solutions.
- Own regional P&L, pricing strategy, and business performance.
- Build and lead a high‑performing regional team with strong accountability and execution focus.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or energy infrastructure.
- Proven ability to build and scale regional or multi‑country businesses.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build lasting market presence across multiple countries.
The team focuses on delivering reliable, integrated, and sustainable power solutions to customers across infrastructure, industrial, utility, and government sectors. It includes commercial, technical, and project delivery capabilities and seeks leaders who enjoy building, scaling, and creating long‑term impact in fast‑moving markets.
