- Drafting & Design: Develop detailed 2D/3D piping layouts, riser diagrams, isometrics, and pump room details using software like AutoCAD or Revit.
- System Mapping: Detail hot/cold water supply, sanitary drainage, rainwater, and vent systems.
- MEP Coordination: Collaborate with HVAC and electrical drafters to prevent spatial conflicts and generate clash-free composite drawings.
- Compliance: Align all drawings with local building codes and municipal authority standards.
- Site Revisions: Update existing drawings to reflect on-site changes and produce final "as-built" packages for project closeout.
