MEP Commercial Lead ‑Rise Projects | UAE

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations, contract administration, cost management, budgeting, and financial control of large‑scale MEP projects.

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of MEP projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for project activities.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on commercial matters.
• Review project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets and project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and review commercial reports, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes related to MEP works.
• Review AutoCAD drawings and project documentation for commercial and coordination purposes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and project requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree / B.E /
  
  B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high‑rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong understanding of commercial management, contracts, cost control, and project finance.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and project deadlines effectively.
