Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert technical support and guidance for Eaton’s power management solutions.
* Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand application requirements and propose optimal solutions.
* Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for products and systems.
* Assist in the selection, configuration, and integration of Eaton products into customer applications.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and Eaton’s evolving product portfolio.## Requirements
* Solid technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, or related electronics manufacturing.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
* Strong customer-centric approach with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
