Junior Acoustic Sales Engineer

Kinetics Group is seeking a Junior Acoustic Sales Engineer to support technical sales and business development activities within the acoustics, construction, HVAC, and building services sectors. This role is ideal for an early-career engineering professional who is eager to grow in acoustic solutions, noise control systems, and project-based technical sales.

The Junior Acoustic Sales Engineer will assist with quotations, technical proposals, project submittals, client follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. This position offers valuable exposure to regional projects and a strong opportunity to develop technical and commercial expertise within Kinetics Group’s acoustic solutions division.

• Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and project submittals.
• Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and active sales opportunities.
• Review project specifications and drawings to support acoustic solution development.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on project requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and project documentation.
• Support market research, sales reporting, and industry events as required.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, sales support, engineering, or a related role.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Basic understanding of acoustics, HVAC systems, construction materials, or building services.
• Ability to read technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with quotations, technical proposals, CRM updates, and project documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with good follow-up abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Exposure to acoustic solutions, noise control systems, MEP, HVAC, or construction projects.
• Experience supporting consultants, contractors, architects, or developers.
• Familiarity with project submittals, technical product selection, and sales pipeline management.
