Senior Acoustic Sales Engineer

Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Acoustic Sales Engineer to support the growth of our acoustic solutions business across the UAE and GCC. This role is ideal for a technical sales professional with strong expertise in acoustics, noise control systems, and engineered building solutions, combined with a proven ability to develop business opportunities and manage client relationships.

As a Senior Acoustic Sales Engineer, you will work closely with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and end users to identify project opportunities, recommend effective acoustic solutions, and drive business growth. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, securing high-value projects, and delivering innovative sound insulation and noise control solutions across a variety of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the acoustics, construction, and building services sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, developers, and end users.
• Review project specifications and recommend suitable acoustic and noise control solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, product selections, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure project orders while achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the acoustics industry.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and CRM records.
• Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of technical sales experience in acoustics, noise control, HVAC, construction, or building products industries.
• UAE/GCC market experience is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of acoustic solutions, sound insulation systems, and noise control applications.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, architectural drawings, and project requirements.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, product selections, and commercial quotations.
• Understanding of construction projects, building services, and engineered solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent proposal preparation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with international acoustic standards and performance requirements.
