Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Civil Resident Engineer to join our Engineering Consultancy team in Dubai
.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 10-15 years of total experience
. - Mandatory prior experience with an Engineering Consultancy company in Dubai
. - Strong knowledge of Dubai local authority regulations (DM, RTA, Trakhees, etc., as applicable).
- Strong knowledge in contract administration.
- Proven experience in site supervision
, coordination with Contractors, and Clients. - Ability to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
. - Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited certification/accreditation.
