Mirage is seeking motivated and skilled Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Engineering Department
. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical experience while contributing to innovative hotel/ hospitality, and mixed-use development projects.
- Emirati with a valid family book.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Recent graduates and students seeking internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced project environment
- Assist in the preparation and review of engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material tracking
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical presentations
- Support quality control and quality assurance processes
- Assist in identifying and resolving engineering and construction-related issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and company standards
- Hands-on experience working on real-world development projects
