YOUR MISSION

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor focused on Turnkey Projects you play an important role in ensuring the commercial success of our projects from tender stage through to project completion. You support the development of accurate cost estimates, project budgets and commercial controls while gaining exposure to a wide range of disciplines including fit‑out, exhibition construction, event production, AV lighting, infrastructure and technical systems.

Working closely with Project Management, Procurement, Technical Design, Production teams and senior commercial colleagues you help maintain cost transparency, financial control and commercial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates, budgets and commercial proposals for turnkey projects across Spatial Experiences and Event Production.
  • Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQs), scope breakdowns and structured work packages during tender and proposal phases.
  • Support the preparation of tender packages and requests for quotations for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Review and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations to help ensure competitive pricing and commercial value.
  • Assist with value engineering initiatives to align project budgets with design, technical, and operational requirements.
  • Support project teams with cost tracking, budget monitoring and financial reporting during project execution.
  • Assist in the management of variations, change orders and commercial adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to commercial reporting and cost forecasting to ensure project teams remain informed of budget performance and potential risks.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 1-2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Cost Control, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with in construction-related industries such as main contracting, interior fit‑out, exhibition construction, MEP, infrastructure, media technology, system integration, or similar project-based environments is advantageous.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of project costing, tendering processes and commercial management principles.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Additional languages, particularly German, are considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, curiosity, accountability and a desire to develop professionally within a fast‑paced project environment.
