Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to support planning and scheduling activities for ongoing MEP construction projects across the UAE.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track milestones, delays and critical activities.
- Assist in recovery planning and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor manpower and productivity trends.
- Participate in project review meetings.
- Support compliance with contractual timelines and deliverables.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of MEP planning experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Good understanding of MEP construction activities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Data center or mission-critical project exposure.
- EOT and delay analysis knowledge.
- BIM coordination experience.
