Responsibilities
- Prepare design, as‐built drawings and submittals using AutoCAD.
- Create RFQ or inquiry packages comprising specifications, drawings, and a bill of quantities.
- Prepare quotations for various ELV systems.
- Support the presales team.
- Attend meetings with consultants and contractors as part of the project.
- Evaluate received quotations to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Drafting, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience as an ELV Draftsman in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, intercom, and AV systems.
- Familiarity with preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as‑built drawings.
- Understanding of UAE standards and ELV industry practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
