This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an MEP Coordinator based in Dubai. The MEP Coordinator will oversee the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across a variety of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing MEP design processes, ensuring compliance with project requirements, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies, and resolving technical challenges during project execution.
The role requires close communication and coordination with subcontractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Strong expertise in MEP Coordination, including a comprehensive understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Experience in Plumbing systems and Building Services
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
