We re Hiring – Senior BIM Engineer (Villa Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-end villa projects.
Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for villa projects
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using BIM tools
- Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plan
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site team
- Generate accurate drawings, schedules, and project documentation from the BIM model
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably in villa or residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/A
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination
