Role DescriptionThe Structures Engineer at Luxe Race will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural systems for a variety of construction projects. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves close collaboration with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
Core Responsibilities- Obtain authority & DM structural approvals for all projects.
- Prepare and submit structural drawings and calculations to Dubai Municipality.
- Handle comments, revisions, and approval follow‑up.
- Ensure full compliance with DM regulations (minimum G+4 scope).
- Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and calculations.
- Check material submittals related to structural work.
- Identify and resolve structural issues proactively.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor structural work.
- Inspect excavation and shoring, as well as structural element installation.
- Report deviations and enforce corrective action.
- Maintain quality standards for approved drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and the site team to maintain project progress.
- Coordinate between structural consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment between structural and architectural work.
- Follow up on approvals, inspections, and technical issues; support project managers in structural matters.
- Track submissions, approvals, and site progress.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
