Data Center Implementation (CSA) Engineer

• Develop, review and coordinate civil engineering designs including site layout, grading, earthworks, drainage, roads, pavements, foundations, and external works.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, authority requirements and project specifications.
• Review consultant and contractor civil submissions for technical accuracy, constructability and compliance.
• Coordinate geotechnical investigations, reports and recommendations into civil design solutions; assess and mitigate risks related to soil conditions, settlement, groundwater and earthworks stability.
• Integrate flood risk assessments, stormwater management and climate resilience measures into site designs.
• Align civil design deliverables with construction sequencing, phasing plans and project schedules; support planning of enabling and temporary works (access roads, platforms, dewatering, temporary drainage).
• Coordinate civil interfaces with utilities, road authorities and off‑site infrastructure providers; ensure alignment of site access, utility corridors and external works with authority and project requirements.
• Support planning and approval of permanent and temporary utility connections; provide regulatory authority and permitting support.
• Collaborate on integrated coordination, delivery and governance of civil design deliveries.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in data centres, infrastructure, industrial or large‑scale developments.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities.
• 5–8years of experience in civil design and planning roles.
• Strong civil engineering knowledge (earthworks, drainage, roads, foundations).
• Understanding of geotechnical principles and flood/stormwater management.
• Ability to interpret and produce civil drawings, specifications and calculations.
• Familiarity with planning, phasing and constructability considerations.
• Experience with civil design tools (AutoCAD, Civil3D or equivalent).
